Meyer studied in the University Brigham Young in Provo, Utah, where it(he,she) graduated in English Literature. It(he,she) knew his(her,your) husband "Calm" Christian when it(he,she) was living in Arizona and they married in 1994. They have three children.
Meyer says that the idea for Twilight came to her(it) by means of a dream on June 2, 2003, the transcription of what is now the chapter 12 of the book. After writing and to edit the novel, he(she) signed a contract of three books with the publishing house Little, Brown and Company
